Two Strategies to Improve your Diet and Energy
The goal is to control glucose and, most important, control insulin levels. Why?
Grains convert to Sugar/Glucose in our bloodstream, and insulin production increases to regulate these spikes of glucose. Eating this product once or multiple times a day will maintain insulin levels elevated, and that will raise the risk or aggravated the following conditions:
- Dementias
- Heart disease, Including High Blood Pressure
- Obesity
- Pain
- Diabetes
- Fatty Liver and others
Todays Tips:
- If you suffer or have the conditions mentioned above or any other chronic illness or want to improve your energy and health, stop eating grains for at least 90 days. You will notice the difference.
- To accomplish that, you will need to increase healthy fats and protein in your diet to have fewer grains cravings and sustained all-day energy.
- If you have to eat grains, do one cup per day, without any sugar or artificial flavors, or do not eat them first in the morning.
